Need to know how to find the Cal Park Tunnel? Here are directions to the north and south entrances. The map at left shows the tunnel (highlighted yellow); the red arc in the center of the map indicates the tunnel and the approaches (map courtesy of Joe Breeze).

From San Rafael (north end)

The approach to the north entrance to the Cal Park Tunnel begins along Anderson Drive across from Office Depot. The path bears right off Anderson; there are signs on the bike lane and a cutout at the beginning of the path. The path runs southeast, approximately paralleling Anderson Drive; after going under the 101 overpass, it swings south. Follow the path to the tunnel entrance. Click here for a satellite view.

From Larkspur (south end)

The approach to the south entrance begins at the parking lot for the Century Theater in Larkspur Landing. Go to the southwest corner of the parking lot where the path begins. The path heads south for a short distance, then switches back and runs north to the tunnel entrance. Click here for a satellite view.
