- Your recurring payments will be automatically charged to your credit card in evenly spaced payments throughout the year, beginning in the month you sign up.
- You may cancel or change your recurring payment amount or frequency at any time by notifying MCBC in writing.
- A record of each payment will appear on your credit card statement, and serve as your receipt.
- MCBC will email you a reminder when your annual membership is going to expire, and enquire about your desire to continue your recurring payments.
After completing the payment transaction, please complete and submit the Contact Information and Interests Form to help us keep you informed! To receive your membership card and a thank you letter for tax purposes, you must provide us with a mailing address, either through Paypal or on the Contact Information and Interests Form.
The MCBC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
