Mill Valley Cycleworks has been in the same location for 40 years now; Mill Valley Cyclery reopened as Mill Valley Cycleworks in 1995. Thanks to the support of their loyal customers and the community, they've grown into a full-service retail bike shop that caters to all levels of cycling. They carry everything from kids' bikes to custom, high-end road and mountain bikes. They're known for their friendly neighborhood atmosphere, knowledgeable employees, and excellent product lines.

Customer service is the highest priority at Mill Valley Cycleworks. They are an independently owned shop, and their sales and service people do not work on commission, so they don't believe in the hard sell. They want to make sure their customers get the bike that fits their needs, and more importantly, a bike that they'll want to ride. They have expert fit technicians on staff and a size studio for custom fittings. Their mechanics are extremely skilled professionals, who are easy to talk to and available to answer questions and provide quotes.
