Sustainable Fairfax Bike Ride to KQED Forum Event

KQED’s “Forum On the Road” is broadcasting a show from from the Smith Rafael Film Center on Wednesday, June 22, at 9am. The first segment of the show is about “Decongesting Marin County” and will address the future of transportation in Marin and proposed solutions to traffic problems.

Sustainable Fairfax will be a leading an easygoing bike ride to this event. This is a flat 3.2 mile ride each way. We will stay on side streets away from heavy traffic. All levels welcome! Please wear your bike helmet and bring a bicycle lock.

We will meet at the Center Blvd entrance of Good Earth Natural Foods in Fairfax at 7:45am, and will leave by 8:00am. We will have plenty of time to lock our bikes maybe have time to grab a coffee/tea before the doors open at 8:30am for the KQED event.
