National Trails Day, Italian Street Painting Marin, Marin County Fair and so much more! MCBC Opportunities to Get Involved
Whether you are tending to the trails with other mountain bikers, parking bikes to reduce auto traffic at major events or just helping to spread the word about the work we are doing together through MCBC, you’ll find many ways to get involved with your local bike community. Here are some great opportunities to join in on the fun!
National Trails Day is the nation’s largest celebration of trails and the outdoors. Help enhance our trail systems, meet fellow park lovers, and enjoy a celebration of our great park! Bike friendly trail projects include: 680 Trail – Marin County Parks and Bullfrog Trail – Marin Municipal Water District
The Fairfax Festival embodies the values that are dear to all Marinites: community, family, social responsibility, sustainability and, of course, a great party. We’ll be on hand to talk about the great work MCBC is doing and providing our famous valet bike parking services.
Volunteer to help us with bike parking and get free admission to the event! The San Rafael street painting event returns June 25 & 26! Experience a street painter’s view of Venice at Carnevale di Venezia!
Free admission to all MCBC volunteers! Help us park bikes during the day and then go enjoy the show! Performers include: June 30 – The Wallflowers, July 1- Kool and The Gang, July 2- Shelia E.
